Why Create a Trust:

The creation of the Trust allows your children to avoid Probate (distribution of assets through the courts) and to be able to distribute your assets privately, more quickly and usually with less expense. The Trust costs more up-front, but saves money on the other side, while keeping the distribution private and direct, without involving the courts.

Revocable Living Trust Package - Single

Financial Power of Attorney

Medical Power of Attorney

Standby Guardianship

$500

In Pennsylvania, standby guardianship lets a parent pre-choose a trusted adult to care for their child if the parent is suddenly detained, deported or otherwise unable to act. The parent keeps all parental rights and the guardian steps in only if an emergency happens. It’s a legal safety plan that helps ensure children are cared for immediately and don’t end up in foster care.
